At FAKIRA FAB, every piece is handcrafted with care by skilled artisans using traditional handblock printing techniques. Each product goes through a quality check before dispatch to ensure you receive the best possible product.

Please read our return policy carefully before placing your order.

Return Eligibility

Returns will be accepted only in the following cases:

• If the item delivered is damaged, or

• If you have received a wrong product

To initiate a return request:

• You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery

• Share clear images or a video of the damaged or incorrect product

Once your request is received, our team will review the issue and guide you through the next steps of the return process.

Important Conditions

• Requests made after 48 hours of delivery will not be accepted

• The item must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition

• The product must be returned with original packaging and tags intact

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

• Products without damage or defect

• Sale or discounted items

• Custom or personalized orders

• Running fabrics sold by the meter

• Items damaged due to improper care or washing

Refund Process

• Once the returned product is received and inspected, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days

• The refund will be credited to the original payment method

• For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, the refund will be processed via bank transfer

• Shipping charges are non-refundable

Handblock Printing Disclaimer

All our products are made using traditional handblock printing techniques. Slight variations in color, print placement, and texture are natural characteristics of handcrafted products and should not be considered defects. These variations make every piece unique and therefore are not eligible for return or exchange.
